In July my husband and I decided to buy a home, we were due with baby #3 in September and had somewhat specific or unique needs. We asked our friends and family for recommendations and got a total of three. Morgan was the second realtor® we interviewed and our call with him was the best out of the three. We appreciated his questions, insights, and educating us on the home buying process (we were first-time homebuyers). It felt like he actually cared and wanted to really learn more about us. We also appreciated his candor about the timeline (we wanted to move before or by early September) and questions that made us think about what we really wanted, what was priority etc. We felt the chemistry and decided to move forward with him. Once we made that decision, he really hit the ground running. His vast network and strong relationships in the Bay Area came in handy once we were let down by my credit union in the mortgage application process which we had started almost a month before. We were ready to put an offer and there had been no progress with our application. This became an issue when we were ready to put an offer. He ultimately recommended a mortgage lender and things moved so quickly with them that we were able to put in an offer on our home. We got a counteroffer and Morgan was very helpful in helping us talk through it and point out things to consider. This process was not easy because of Covid and me being 30+ weeks pregnant. However, it went as smooth as it could've gone thanks to Morgan. We can't recommend him enough, he was very responsive, honest, and proactive during the whole process. We ended up recommending him to my sister in law who recently also just had a great outcome.

Working with Morgan on the sale of my condo and purchase of my home was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My first experience in the real estate market wasn’t the best, and I vowed to never do it again, but Morgan changed all of that for me. Not only did he suggest updates I could make to refresh my condo to help get me the best sale price, he made it effortless by managing all of the vendors for me. On top of that, all the work was complete within 2 weeks and I paid less than half of what I expected to pay. We received multiple offers over asking price on my condo and were under contract within a week. He also negotiated a rent back with the buyer which allowed me extra time to find my new home. Morgan was referred to my wife and I by a close friend who got his place with Morgan’s help. My wife and I were SO thankful that we were introduced to Morgan. Morgan was very patient and spent time to understand our needs. He is very resourceful because he has solid knowledge with not just housing market but as well as the construction business. He can educate you on things that you’ll overlook but later comes back to bite you with big dollars to spend. He’ll also notice things that you wouldn’t look for and point out if they were installed correctly. I found all those very helpful especially if you are visiting a remodeled house you may overestimate what it’s worth, or in an old house you may think it will cost way too much to fix up. He helped us find our ideal place and after we moved into our new home we asked him to sell our old condo. We were worried about how much ours would sell for since it needed some work and there were several other units for sale at the same time that looked nicer. On top of that, we were dealing with a tight closing window just before holiday season was kicking in. He was able to bring in his people to put in granite counters, new floors and paint, and do a great cleaning job plus add staging. Once they were done it looked like a brand new place. Our unit ended up selling quicker than the others and we got a price that we were very happy with. We highly recommend Morgan to anyone that needs help buying or selling.

We were thinking of selling our condo but weren’t sure it was the right time to sell. What was more difficult for us was that we were moving to a different area and trying to buy another house simultaneously, but needed the sale of the condo first. Morgan encouraged us to sell quickly because the market was changing and the prices were starting to drop. So time was really of the essence. We were ready to sell as is but Morgan suggested we make about $5,000 worth of repairs to give the house more appeal. We were reluctant about spending more money on the house but trusted Morgan’s suggestion. He brought in his own contractor and managed the repairs from start to finish. We’re glad we went with his suggestion. Morgan was able to sell the house within one week. (even with multiple condos listed at the same time that were much nicer than ours). Ours sold first, and turns out the listing prices of the other condos dropped soon after and took longer to sell. To top it off, Morgan was able to negotiate about 2 weeks of rent back time with the buyer for us to close on our other house and smoothly transition without figuring out where to live in between. Morgan managed everything from start to finish and made everything easy, even with the limited time we had. Bottom line, Morgan works with your best interests at heart. He’s honest, responsive, and reliable. I would definitely recommend Morgan to anyone listing their home.

My wife and I have nothing but the highest praise for Morgan. We did not make it easy for him by only wanting to live in specific neighborhoods in San Francisco, but he was able to get the right house for each stage of our lives. In San Francisco, getting an offer accepted on one house is tough enough, but he has helped us purchase two homes in the City (plus an investment property close by). He has a great understanding of what the client needs are but also what the sellers are looking for. Aside from being extremely hard working, he has a great feel for time in real estate. Morgan has been a great partner, on both the analytical and the emotional side of home buying (and selling). 2012 - Morgan helped us find and buy our first home. This included helping negotiate with the seller around a known issue with the home, and legwork to line up contractors to rectify the issue. 2017, July - Morgan advised us on where to invest in a minor remodel to get the most bang for our buck on selling, and lined up cost effective contractors as well. 2017, Oct - our home sold at the high end of our expectation. 2017, Dec - Morgan helped us find our second home that was even better than we could have hoped for. Since then, Morgan keeps in touch to see how the home and family is doing. With interest rates dropping so low in 2020, he sent a heads up text to consider refinancing. (he isn't in the loan game as far as I know, so this was purely a friendly service). I hope we don't need to use Morgan as a realtor again, only because we are very happy with the results he helped us achieve. But, if for some reason we need more help in buying or selling, I'll be going back to him for transaction #4.
